BiOnyc specialize in production of mineralised forms of yeast such as selenium enriched products. Due to our technology we are able to concentrate greater mineral concentrations than would normally be possible in traditional fermentations.

The yeast strain that BiOnyc generally works with is known for its high protein content and its flavour qualities.
